Not knowing is normal. Everyone is different, and the app will help guide you as needed.
You set every number here. PeptideWhiz doesn’t suggest a plan. This is what gets saved, and it’s what your log header and printed schedule show.
About Abaloparatide
Abaloparatide is a 34-amino-acid analogue of parathyroid hormone-related protein. It acts on the same PTH1 receptor as teriparatide but favours a receptor state that researchers link to bone formation with less calcium release.
Research status
Abaloparatide is FDA-approved as a prescription medicine (Tymlos) for osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and in men at high fracture risk. The ACTIVE and ATOM trials below are its main published evidence.
How the math works for any vial (concentration, U-100 units, mg and mcg) is explained step by step on the main peptide reconstitution calculator page. Read the full What is Abaloparatide? guide for mechanism, trials and conditions researched.
What published studies used
Research record, not a recommendation or protocol
These are published human trials of Abaloparatide from the PeptideWhiz study library. The last column quotes each study’s PubMed abstract word for word, so it shows what that study reported giving its participants under medical supervision. It is not advice, and the calculator never fills these numbers in on its own: you can copy one only by tapping its button and confirming.

Abaloparatide calculator FAQ
What is Abaloparatide?
Abaloparatide is a parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHrP) analogue. Abaloparatide is a 34-amino-acid analogue of parathyroid hormone-related protein.
Is Abaloparatide approved?
Abaloparatide is FDA-approved as a prescription medicine (Tymlos) for osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and in men at high fracture risk. The ACTIVE and ATOM trials below are its main published evidence.
Does this page suggest a Abaloparatide dose?
No. The calculator dose field starts empty and PeptideWhiz never suggests, recommends or calculates an amount for anyone. The study table is a research record of what published trials reported, not a recommendation or protocol.
Where do the study numbers on this page come from?
Each row quotes the abstract of a published human trial (5 trials, 2015 to 2022) word for word, as indexed in PubMed, with a link to the PubMed record. Nothing is rounded, combined or converted.
How does the calculator work with a Abaloparatide vial?
Pick Abaloparatide in step 1 if you want it on your result card, then enter the vial amount printed on your own label and the water volume actually added. The tool divides one by the other for concentration and shows the matching U-100 syringe units for an amount you type. Pens and pre-filled syringes are already in liquid form and are not reconstituted.
