GHK-Cu Calculator
GHK-Cu reconstitution and bacteriostatic water math, with a static mixing table. Math only, no suggested amounts.
Compound (Optional)
Desired Amount Per Dose
IU measures activity, not weight, so 1 IU is never treated as 1 mcg. The math below uses the vial’s own IU count.
Vial Strength (Total mg of Your Vial)
Reconstitution Solution Added
Titration Schedule (Optional)
Saved as this peptide’s dose schedule. You can change it in Schedule & Log.
Holds automatically at this dose.
Keeps going up on schedule. Tap Hold at This Dose when you get there.
Not knowing is normal. Everyone is different, and the app will help guide you as needed.
You set every number here. PeptideWhiz doesn’t suggest a plan. This is what gets saved, and it’s what your log header and printed schedule show.

How much bac water for GHK-Cu: mixing table
Concentration = vial amount ÷ water added. U-100 units for 1 mg = 1 ÷ concentration × 100. Example vial sizes only; use the amount printed on your own label. This is math, not a dose.
| Vial | Water added | Concentration | Units per 1 mg (U-100) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | 1 mL | 5 mg/mL | 20 units |
| 5 mg | 2 mL | 2.5 mg/mL | 40 units |
| 5 mg | 3 mL | 1.66667 mg/mL | 60 units |
| 10 mg | 1 mL | 10 mg/mL | 10 units |
| 10 mg | 2 mL | 5 mg/mL | 20 units |
| 10 mg | 3 mL | 3.33333 mg/mL | 30 units |
| 50 mg | 1 mL | 50 mg/mL | 2 units |
| 50 mg | 2 mL | 25 mg/mL | 4 units |
| 50 mg | 3 mL | 16.6667 mg/mL | 6 units |

GHK-Cu calculator FAQ
How much bacteriostatic water for a 10 mg GHK-Cu vial?
There is no single required amount; the water volume only sets the concentration. With 10 mg and 2 mL the concentration is 5 mg/mL. The table on this page shows the math for common vial sizes and water volumes.
How do I convert GHK-Cu mg to units?
Units on a U-100 syringe = amount (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL) × 100. The calculator does this for an amount you type.
Does this page suggest a GHK-Cu dose?
No. The calculator dose field starts empty and PeptideWhiz never suggests, recommends or calculates an amount for anyone. The study list is a research record, not a protocol.
What research on GHK-Cu is in the PeptideWhiz library?
1 study records whose titles name GHK-Cu are listed below, each linked to its PeptideWhiz study page.
