What is CJC-1295 (no DAC) (with/without DAC) + Ipamorelin?

GH secretagogues, preferred over exogenous HGH because the body keeps its pulsatile release and feedback control.

Mechanism (as described)

  • CJC no-DAC: half-life ~30–60 min, giving a physiological pulse. It's far more stable than sermorelin.
  • Ipamorelin: half-life ~10–12 min, a clean, selective pulse with near-zero cortisol/prolactin effect. Also inhibits somatostatin (the GH "off switch").
  • Together: three receptors (with tesamorelin) give a multiplicative but still physiological pulse, mimicking a 20-year-old's nighttime GH. IGF-1 drives mTOR, satellite cells, nitrogen retention, bone, heart, BDNF, thymus and insulin sensitivity.

Additional points (as described)

  • Exogenous HGH suppresses the body's own GH for months after stopping. Secretagogue effects return to baseline within ~2 days.
  • GH decline is linked to locked fat stores, muscle and bone loss, a weaker heart, lower BDNF and immune decline.
  • Read lab trends over repeated tests, not one "normal" snapshot.
